L3 fast charger working. Got a top-off on the way back from Dizzyland – I didn’t get to a plug in the garage there.

Eaton DC QC was working well on 9/23 … it was kept busy for many hours during the OC NPID. L2′s and 120v outlets were also put to work.

Chademo L3 Eaton was not working on 6/17/2012. Received “Connection Error”. Other mynissanleaf.com users report the same issue. One believe the Chademo connector is broken, but that is unconfirmed.

As you can see in the comments, there have been a few prior issues with this Chademo charging station. Thanks all early adopters for being patient. Can someone Monday drop by and let Mitsubishi know it’s down again? Could just be a weird network thing and may be fixed by then :) Thanks.

Eaton Level 3 QC now available 24/7. I used it at 6:00pm on June 7, 2012 to add range to my Nissan Leaf for my return trip to West Los Angeles from Orange County. Thank you, Mitsubishi!

Here is a link to some suggested instructions on how to use the Eaton DC QC, which isn’t entirely intuitive:

QC charged successfully. +10 Mitsubishi! Use the touch screen to activate the machine. Please learn how to use the connector properly before you get there. It is not intuitive.

    Via TailWheel on iPhone:

This site is an EV’s dream. Multiple L1 & L2 connections available and in the middle is the EATON DC quick charger. Facility personnel are very friendly and more than happy to let you charge your LEAF and show how to use it. The site is behind the main building in the parking lot. Enter via Holder St.
