Sites says these charging stations are “free.” I was unable to use the blink stations without first paying. Is there a trick to using the Blink stations for free?
Just about the worst location you can get near Cumberland Mall. The map is accurate as the chargers are at the storefront for the Sears Auto Center. These spots are used by the auto center employees to park vehicles awaiting service or customer pick-up so even in Blink says they are available, you will have a hard time getting in the spot.
