Other Notes:[edit]
There are entrances to this parking deck on both Peachtree Street (past the valet area) and 14th Street (bigger entrance around the corner).
Three stations are available:
1 EVI DS-200 upgraded to J1772. This station can charge two EVs at once, each supplying up to 5 kW of power.
1 EVI DS-100 upgraded to J1772. This station can charge one EV, at up to 7.7 kW of power.
In the close-up photo note the following: two cables for the DS-200; and the DS-100 beyond the line of cars.
The three stations are located on level 14 of the parking garage. They are at the highest point of the garage -- literally, drive uphill in the garage until you can go no further, and you'll then be within feet of the stations. The DS-200 is easily spotted as you go from level 12 to 14; the DS-100 is about six spaces further up, in the far left corner.
There is no cost for charging your EV, however there is a parking fee for the garage, as noted in the cost section here.
The charging stations are available for tenants and guests of 1180 Peachtree. It's a pay parking deck, so as long as you are a "guest" of a business in the building, you can use it. However it is only open for general use during the hours noted above; after closing time, the elevators switch to restricted access (tenant use only).
This is a prime location in Midtown with dozens of restaurants and major arts attractions within short walking distance. Note also that it will take you a full 5 minutes to get up to the top of the parking deck to the EV chargers, so budget for that if time is tight!

I used this location today to charge up while I was at the dentist. After I parked and plugged, the elevator wasn’t immediately visible so I just took the stairs. However, once you get down to the 4th level or so, there are no more exits from the stairwell until you get to the very bottom of the building (actually the basement) where you find an EMERGENCY exit. The door alarms when you open it; it’s not signed that way, but it does alarm. So if you are taking the stairs, get out before the bottom and find the elevator, or just be ready for the alarm. They should sign that door.
From the EV charging spots, the elevators are around the corner on the other side.
I checked out this location yesterday and have updated the description here and added a couple more pictures (sorry for the poor quality). This is a great location, only one block from Atlanta’s premiere arts district (e.g. Woodruff, High, Alliance, MODA), the Crescent Ave bar district, Colony Square, etc. and a short walk away from Piedmont Park. Just be sure to get out of the deck by 7pm since that’s when they restrict the elevators, or be prepared to walk up/down the ramps!
