   1st time using last year was after business hours, no issues.
   Today guard at gate would not let me charge, was told to go to structure 5. Confusion on whether public charging is allowed or not.

   Right side station failed to work with ground fault error. Left one worked. $1.25/hour to charge. Free Sunday parking, unknown parking fee at other times
